Purchasing from Impact Teamwear

All orders are dispatched using Australia Post and are sent standard post to the delivery address submitted when you fill in the order. No responsibility is taken by Impact Teamwear for loss or damage once the package has been sent. Delivery to major cities is generally within 2 - 3 working days of dispatch. Delivery to other countries is available. All international orders are dispatched using Australia Post. If an item you have selected is unavailable you will be contacted within 2-3 business days and advised that there may be a delay. You may choose an alternative product, exchange or refund if the delay is unsuitable.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy and the item is unopened and unused it may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving it. Simply follow the guidelines on our returns page. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced but you will need to post it back to us.
